This Privacy Policy explains how Lumina NEW ME Club ("Lumina", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our quiz, website, and personalized face yoga program.

• Email address — provided voluntarily to receive your personalized plan and account access.
• Quiz answers — your age range, goals, preferences, lifestyle, and skin-related responses.
• Face photos — optionally uploaded for AI analysis. Photos are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Analytics data — anonymized usage data via Yandex Metrika and Meta Pixel (pages visited, clicks, device type, approximate location).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you your personalized Face Yoga results and plan.
• To provide and maintain your subscription and program access.
• To improve our quiz, AI analysis, and overall product experience.
• To deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign performance (via Meta and other partners).
• To respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.

4. Face Photo Policy

Your face photos are used solely to generate your AI face analysis. Photos are processed via the Anthropic Claude API and are handled in a privacy-first manner: we do not permanently store your photos on our servers, we do not share them with advertisers or third parties, and they are not used to train any AI model. After analysis, photo data is discarded.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to analyze usage and personalize your experience:

• Yandex Metrika — traffic analytics, session recordings, heatmaps.
• Meta Pixel — ad performance and audience measurement.
• LocalStorage — to remember your quiz progress and selected plan within your browser.

You can control or block cookies via your browser settings at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We share limited data only with trusted service providers required to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI face analysis (Claude API).
• EmailJS — delivery of result emails.
• Meta and Yandex — anonymized analytics and advertising only.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and quiz data for as long as you remain an active subscriber. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@luminaclub.io, and we will comply within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
