Lumina provides an AI-powered face analysis quiz and personalized face yoga programs designed to support facial fitness, skin tone, and overall wellness. The Service is intended for wellness and lifestyle purposes only and is not a medical service, treatment, or diagnostic tool.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
• To request a full refund, please email help@luminaclub.io with your order details. We respond within 24 hours, Mon–Fri.

4. AI Face Analysis

Our AI face analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis, professional skincare recommendation, or substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information throughout the quiz and during account registration.
• You may not share your account credentials with, or transfer access to, any other person.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

If you have any facial injuries, recent cosmetic or surgical procedures, skin conditions, chronic pain, or other medical concerns, please consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider before beginning the program. All content on the Service — including text, videos, illustrations, exercise techniques, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Lumina NEW ME Club and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without our written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
